Use and Ownership of Project Materials
- All materials developed under the project (such as reports, graphics, photos, videos, etc.) are the property of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI).
- CABEI allows the Beneficiary Countries to use and share these materials, as long as it is not for commercial purposes.
- WRI and CATIE may also use and share these materials, provided the use is for scientific or academic purposes and benefits the Beneficiary Countries or CABEI.
- If any of these materials are protected by intellectual property rights of the entities that developed them, it is understood that those rights have been transferred to CABEI as part of the project.
- CABEI may publish and use the materials as it sees fit.
